HADIR by Limanara is an internal mobile application designed exclusively for employees of PT. Limanara Solusi Digital. The App supports internal operations such as attendance management and related employee services. The App is not intended for public or consumer use.
Development of this App began in 2024 and is continuously improved to enhance functionality, reliability, and security.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how your employer configures the App, we may collect the following information:
- Personal Information: name, employee ID, work email, phone number, and related employee credentials.
- Attendance & Operational Data: check-in/out timestamps, work location context, shift or schedule references.
- Usage Data: device and app telemetry (e.g., app version, device model), log events, and feature interactions.
- Location Data (if enabled): precise or approximate location for presence verification and compliance with attendance policies.
- Media Data (if enabled): camera for photo verification; images are used solely for attendance or security features.
We do not collect data beyond what is necessary for internal business operations.

- Verify and manage employee attendance and related workflows.
- Operate, maintain, and improve the App and internal services.
- Authenticate users, prevent fraud, and ensure security.
- Comply with applicable laws and internal company policies.
4. Lawful Basis & Consent
Processing is based on legitimate interests in operating internal employee systems and/or performance of employment-related obligations, as defined by company policy and applicable law. Where required (e.g., for location or camera use), the App may request your consent, which you can withdraw through device settings or by contacting us (note that some features may become unavailable without the requested permissions).

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy and to comply with legal, audit, and regulatory requirements. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized according to company retention schedules.

8. App Permissions

- Photos/Media/Files (Storage): to temporarily store verification artifacts or logs as needed.
- Network Access: to sync attendance and settings with company servers.
Permission usage is limited to the stated purposes and can be managed via your device settings. The App does not access content unrelated to its functions.
9. International Transfers
Where data is processed outside your jurisdiction, we implement appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data protection laws and company policies.
10. Children’s Privacy
This App is intended for employees aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. Material updates will be communicated internally. Your continued use of the App after an update signifies acceptance of the revised Policy.
